By using the Services, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions, and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Services.
Services
Greenman's Gate, LLC offers event hosting services, primarily in-person themed fantasy balls for ages 21+. We are committed to ensuring a unique, quality experience for each participant.
Ticket Purchase and Use
Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
Event Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the case of an event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, Greenman's Gate, LLC reserves the right to reschedule the event. All ticket holders will have their tickets reissued for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be given in the case of rescheduling.
User Opt-In
The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms.
User Opt-Out
If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us in order to opt out of the Program.
Liability Disclaimer
Greenman's Gate, LLC will not be responsible for any personal injury or any loss or damage to personal belongings. Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in Greenman's Gate, LLC events.
Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services.
Copyright
All copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights of Greenman's Gate, LLC and its content (including without limitation the website design, text, graphics, and all software and source codes connected with the website) are owned by or licensed to Greenman's Gate, LLC or otherwise used by Greenman's Gate, LLC as permitted by law.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Greenman's Gate, LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
