Dress Code & Policies

Formal dark fantasy attire is required. Streetwear including t-shirts, jeans, and shorts is strictly prohibited. Absolutely no weapon props of any kind will be permitted inside the venue.

Parking & Transportation

There is no onsite parking at the venue. Please utilize nearby street parking, plan for paid lots in the area, or use public transit. The Light Rail station is conveniently located just two blocks away.

This is a presale-only event. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and no tickets will be sold at the door. All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds.

All guests are required to attend in dark fantasy attire befitting the court. Think crushed velvet, brocade, leather, chainmail, antlers, and dark florals. Jeans and T-shirts will not be permitted.

Is formal attire required?

Yes, this is a formal event and dress code will be strictly enforced. Cosplays and dark fantasy themed formal outfits are highly encouraged.

What if I don't have anything themed to wear?

That's OK! If you don't have anything fantasy related, please wear black formal attire to help keep the theme.

Is there food?

Yes! Hors d'oeuvres, charcuterie grazing stations, and a dessert buffet are included with your ticket.

Can you accomodate food allergies?

Unfortunately, no. We will try to have as big of an assortment as possible so that there's something for everyone, but we cannot accommodate everything, and cross contamination may take place.

What alcohol is included?

All tickets include an open bar for beer, wine, and mead (subject to stock on hand). Spirits are available to purchase on site on a cash bar basis, or open bar spirit add-ons are available to add to your entry ticket.
